  14. This is a repost.

  16. My USR Sporster v34+ PnP doesn't grant requested retrains,
  17. fallback is alwais disabled on 28.8k links and, if the line
  18. is noisy, I am losing connection.
  19.  
  20. I tried everything I could imagine without any result.
  21. (and I RTFM many times, including the on-line one)
  22.  
  23. It seems that especially line nacks generate request for retrains,
  24. but they are not granted by my modem and it doesn't
  25. lower speeed to 26.4k or lower.

  27. Sometimes it connects at 26.4k but without any protocol (LAMP)
  28. and communication is (of course) impossible.

  30. If anyone could give me an advice please help.
